Our Partner Ecosystem

The value of GovStack lies in the diverse partnership structure. The core interplay of governments and vendors (software and service providers) is enabled by the community developing the technical specifications and guides. Implementing partners support governments in bringing GovStack into practice. Donors support the community and implementing projects. A majority of contributions in working groups or training programs rely on engagements of supporting organisations. The whole ecosystem is what makes GovStack unique.

Governments: Government entities (nation or federate states) who use GovStack as a reference for their digital transformation and/or in their interactions with software and service providers.

Software & Service Provider: Providers who use GovStack as a reference to showcase their software or services to Governments.

Community: Individuals who are engaging in groups working on the technical specifications or in other sub-communities like the Women In GovTech Alumni.

Implementing Partners: National or international government organisations who support other Governments in their digital transformation endeavours (e.g. GIZ, ITU, EstDev).

Donors/Financial Contributors: National or international organisations who financially support the GovStack non-profit organisation.

Supporting Partners: Any organisations which is contributing the activities and public offerings of the GovStack Initiative.

Implementing Partners

Implementing partners are national or international government organisations who support other Governments in their digital transformation endeavours.

At this point in time, all founding partners dedicate a organisations for implementation support. We are working on a qualification process to added as a implementing partner.

What Implementing Partner offer to Governments

Supporting partners

Supporting partners are any organisations which is contributing pro bono to the activities and public offerings of the GovStack Initiative. This can be for example:

Delegate a person to contribute in a working group
Contribute to trainings (e.g. Women in GovTech Training)
Collaborate to extend example services in the demonstration environment (“Sandbox”)
Support the community healthiness, operations or management

Note: Orgs like UN ODET, Worldbank, TalTech, Wallet Foundation, UCL, Mastercard … (will be probably a long list)
