Your focus is on understanding citizen needs, designing intuitive service journeys, creating blueprints, and building accessible prototypes (e.g., using Figma). User Research & Policy Specialist: You are the bridge between people and policy. Your focus is on conducting user research, developing personas, analyzing data, and ensuring the service complies with data privacy, governance, and other legal frameworks. Solution Architect: You design the technical foundation. Your focus is on creating the system's overall architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and effectively integrates GovStack Building Blocks and APIs.
